"Breathe Eazy" covers all the costs of MHC and it’s a total value added service and therefore has nothing to do with inpatient costs.

So is the case of controlling asthma."

"Acute asthma is what we generally refer to as an asthma attack. The bronchial tubes suddenly narrow, and the person is acutely short of breath, and (sometimes) wheezes. An acute attack may require medical stabilization in a hospital setting; unless special equipment, medication, and help is available in the home”

Inhaled steroids have proven themselves to be an effective way of controlling asthma and uncontrolled asthma is known to have an adverse effect on growth. A moderate dose of inhaled steroid is safe and effective with little or no effect on growth, over-treatment must be avoided. Moderate dose of inhaled steroids does not have a significant effect on children's growth.

There is no such device as an ideal inhaler. Both MDIs and DPIs are equally effective in delivering medication when used correctly by the patient.

Allergic Reaction is not the same as an Asthma episode. People with food allergies do not necessarily have asthma. People with asthma may not have food allergies. 

A severe allergic reaction involving the immune system can result in difficulty with breathing because of obstruction of the upper airway. This should not be confused with an asthma episode. An asthma episode occurs because changes such as inflammation and bronchoconstriction cause breathing difficulties. 

Consultation with a physician is necessary to determine if a person has asthma, food allergies, or both asthma and food allergies.
